About
Core Industries is a software development company focused on one thing: building tools that actually fit the industries they serve.
How it started.
Core Industries started with a simple observation: the software available to most industries wasn't built for them. It was built for everyone, then marketed as if it were tailored. The people doing the work could feel the difference. The forms didn't match their process. The workflows didn't fit. The tools created more work, not less.
We saw that gap and decided to close it. Not by building another generic platform, but by going industry by industry, learning how people actually work and building software around that reality.
That's what Core Industries is. A software company that understands thoroughly before it builds, and only enters industries it's ready to serve the right way.
Meet the team behind Core Industries.

Paul Reyes
Co-Founder & CEO
Paul spent over 12 years in sales leadership and operations inside high-volume, client-facing businesses. He led business development at a $50M+ revenue operation recognized as one of Florida’s top-ranked companies for client experience, where he built the systems and culture that kept satisfaction scores consistently at the top of the industry.
As VP of Operations at one of Florida’s leading private providers, he saw up close how businesses that depend on speed and compliance were still held back by manual workflows and disconnected tools. Core Industries exists because Paul kept seeing the same broken workflows across different industries, and decided to stop working around them and start replacing them.
- 12+ years in sales leadership and operations
- Led business development for a $50M+/yr client experience leader
- VP of Operations at a top Florida private provider
- Award-winning track record in customer satisfaction

Otis Burgos
Co-Founder & CTO
Otis is the builder behind CoreDocs, a production system he created from scratch that’s still running today, automating compliance documents across 80+ Florida building departments. He didn’t do it with a traditional engineering team or a six-figure dev budget. He did it alone through his deep expertise in no-code and low-code platforms.
Before Core Industries, he founded and operated a software and automation agency for five years with a perfect 5-out-of-5 client rating. With a formal graphic design background and sharp product instincts, Otis doesn’t just wire things together; he builds systems that feel polished, intuitive, and purpose-built for the people using them.
- Built CoreDocs by himself (live in production today)
- 5-year automation agency — perfect 5/5 client rating
- Formal graphic design and UI/UX background
- Expert in n8n, Make, Airtable, & more
Why we exist, the heart behind everything we build.
Reflect God’s character in how we treat people, in the quality of what we deliver, and in our generous giving from what He provides.
What we do and for whom.
To serve businesses and customers by eliminating their industry-specific pain points through wildly intuitive software.
Where we’re headed.
Entire industries are transformed, not just by our software, but by the standard it sets for how technology should serve the people who use it.
What we stand for.
These aren't things we put on a wall. They're the filter every decision runs through, from which industries we enter, to which partnerships we take on, to how we treat the people we build for.
Christ first, business second.
We make decisions through the lens of faith. If an opportunity, client, or shortcut conflicts with our values, we pass, no matter the revenue.
Our word is our contract.
If we say we’ll do it, we do it, even when it costs us. Yes means yes. Deadlines, commitments, and promises to clients are sacred. We value relationships over revenue.
Relationships over transactions.
We don’t close deals and move on. We invest in understanding our clients’ businesses, proactively communicate, and provide value beyond the software. People should feel cared for, not sold to.
Engineered for the industry, not the masses.
Every product we build is designed from the ground up for a specific industry. We don’t paste terminology onto generic tools. If we can’t study a niche deeply, we don’t enter it.
